Condom got stuck in my girlfriends vagina, it stayed in for 2days should she take an i pill would that impact her fertility any other pill that is safe - please help

Please make sure the condom is out of her body. If not, urgently see doctor. Make sure this doesn't happen again, remove condom outside after intercourse as it can be harmful for her health. i-pill can be consumed as an emergency contraceptive and as long as it is not taken on a regular basis, it will not harm her health or fertility.

My wife is suffering from cold, nasal blockage (due to which she feels heavy jaws/head, she is 5 months pregnant, can you prescribe any nasal spray or other way of managing cold related symptoms

It is common to have a runny or stuffed-up nose during pregnancy without having allergies or a viral infection like common cold. Drink plenty of fluids and keep your head elevated at night. Steam will relieve congestion and is often very soothing. Saline nose drops or a buffered saline nasal spray can be used to help you blow your nose more easily. Avoid use of decongestant nasal sprays, though, as they cause rebound inflammation & worsens the congestion. I vomit in 15 min after taking misorostol 2 tablet of 200mg .. Is there any problem or not Is abortion is confirmed

As you have a lot of nausea and are worried about vomiting up the pills, you can take an anti-emetic medicine to treat the vomiting before taking misoprostol. The medicine is effective as long as you do not vomit it within 30 minutes when you have to keep it between your gums and cheek. If you vomit the misoprostol before this it is best to take another dose.
