my mom is having back pain. she have gap in her back spine

Hi thanks for making the query and welcome to Omni.Care. I am Dr. S.K Chawla from Chandigarh. I understand you carried out investigations which were advised on the issue which located the problems with her back spine. I need to know more details like her age, weight, duration of pain and mode of onset, whether it is associated with any leg pain or any other neurological symptom like numbness or weakness in limbs. Please also inform if there are associated symptoms like fever, weight loss etc., the medications she generally take and her treatment history for existing problem. Do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance.

My age is 21 (male) and my weight is 50 which is far below the normal weight of a 21 year guy. Please guide me how to gain weight and be fit.

Before beginning any program of weight gain, be sure to consult a doctor at Omni.Care or your family doctor. An underweight condition may indicate underlying health problems, which are not corrected by dietary changes. Your doctor can also help you keep track of your progress and make sure they are carrying out healthy changes. Try to maintain a healthy weight and a BMI in the range of 18.5 to 24.9.
